We took another trip out of state this past weekend and during that trip, decided to visit a farm. I thought it would be a great idea for Baby to experience his first hay ride, plus I might be able to pick a pumpkin (or two). Here’s our adventure!
There were turkeys and chickens…
Goats, a calf, and a milking cow…..
A hay slide, along with a taste of hay!….
A sensory table, chock full of corn….
And, of course, a hay ride to the pumpkin patch, where Baby picked his own pumpkins!
Right before going on his very first wagon ride to the apple orchard to get some apples…
where Hun and I picked some apples for a homemade apple pie (to come). We rounded out our farm trip with the purchase of some fresh apple cider! I’d say our trip was a success and I know we all had a blast thanks to Byler’s Farm!
Isn’t visiting a farm a perfect fall activity?
