So, yesterday I shared my recent success in making Apple Cider. I also spent all day (quite literally) in the kitchen.
First, the good stuff – desserts to share!
Dutch Apple Pie – recipe from Taste of Home
Pumpkin pie (multiple times, mind you) with Pick Your Own…
We were fortunate enough to have multiple pumpkins from a recent trip to a pumpkin patch while we were out of town visiting family.
Each link above will take you to the exact recipe. For the pumpkin pie crusts, I used Cozy Kitchen’s recipe.
A table of Thanksgiving food isn’t complete without sweet potatoes!
And Sweet Potato Casserole, with help from What Did You Eat.
Aside from the slight back pain from standing, mixing, and cleaning behind myself, everything looks great in time for my family’s Thanksgiving meal tomorrow! Woot Woot!!
I’m quite pleased with myself. I’m even more excited to share because I’ve gotten the “seal of approval” from Hun as far as taste!
