Hey there! Hope this Friday treats you well!
It’s confession time for me. I haven’t been to the gym all week! I know, I know. I have a plan and those classes. I really have no excuse, so I won’t offer up one. I will say that I have chosen to focus on a project I’ve been working on, so I wouldn’t be too far behind with my goal for it. I noticed that some measurements were off and that needed correcting, because every.single.page. has the measurement problem.
Next week, though! Next week I will be in the gym at least 4 out of 5 days. I’m finding that the classes are working for me, so I’ve basically abandoned the plan I was going to stick with for 3 weeks. I still have the plan and I know it can help. What I don’t have is 2-2.5 hours to spend at the gym every day. KidKare is only for 1.5 hours and that’s tough enough. (Not KidKare, me not getting more time.)
Besides the classes I’ve been going to are definitely giving me a full body workout, plus the cardio, so I’m ok with that. Right now, it’s the best choice for me, so I’m sticking with it. On the days I can, I will do a bit of Pilates after class. I just like Pilates so much and don’t want to stay ‘out of practice’ with it just because I’m attending fitness classes.
(I know I still need to do a review of my Pilates book. I will, I need to get the time to take some pictures though…)
So, even though I didn’t go this week, I’ll post my weight. My confession told you everything else.
Weight: 151.6. I didn’t go on any diet, so I don’t know the cause of the drop.
