I finished the sweater for Baby Boy.  I’m really proud of myself, since it’s my first real attempt at making any semblance of clothing via crochet!

Yep, this is the sweater!

grey sweater, crochet, baby, 31 days of photography

It was an easy enough design by Caron International, which can be found via the Wayback Machine here.

Thank you Tamara! It fits a tad big in the neck for Baby Boy right now, but it’s pretty cute. I’m glad you liked it! 🙂

Wow this is amazing! You are some serious motivation! I don’t know if I will make my kids sweaters since we live in Arizona and the knitted sweaters my grandma got for my son he’s worn I think one of them once and that was because I completely tried really hard for him to wear it on a day that was barely cold enough for it. We live in a desert so what can I expect. My little one is due in February which is one of our coldest months so I plan to make hats and booties and I’m currently on one of a few blankets I hope. 🙂

Yay for you! There are lighter weight yarns which might work in the colder times of the year, though I know it won’t get too cold in AZ any time of the year! 🙂 It’s so wonderful that there are bookoos of FREE patterns all over the internet! Happy Crocheting! 🙂
