Thus week, some stress has been relieved. There’s more of the happy and anticipating anxiety and less of the anxious, wondering anxiety.
There’s been more relaxing crocheting, cleansing water drinking, calm hygiene-ing, and good sleeping this week. It’s been good. I’m happy. There’s a sense of freedom I feel knowing there are changes on the horizon. Positive steps towards wellness, if you ask me!
We’ve eaten well here at home this week, but we did have good out a couple times too. This is something I definitely needed to get under control though, as when we eat outside of home I don’t make the best choices for me and my health. Hub abd I talked about this last night, so we’re going to watch more closely the foods wet ingest again. Stress and busy got us on this path and now that there’s been some relief, it time to pay attention again.
I’ve ordered a wheat flour sourdough starter and a kombucha started. I’m excited for them to arrive, though we won’t be using them immediately. Hun and I are concerned about starting our dough and kombucha where we live now. Plus, it’s looking like well be moving n a couple of weeks! It’s been a long process, but we seem to have found something we’re happy with and that we can get into. I’m really very happy about this prospect, especially for Baby Boy.
