Boy has it been awhile since I’ve written a Month in Review post! Now that I’ve gotten back into the swing of things with blogging, I figured it’s time to do a bit of catch up.
I basically dropped off the scene, minus a few scheduled posts back in late March. My energy and fortitude to sit up and do any blogging has been minimal lately. I knew I didn’t want to quit, but I just had to care for myself. I remember the disappointment I felt not being part of the blogging community anymore and I remember the how I wanted so badly to try.
In March, though, a ton did happen, outside of hiding our second pregnancy from the internet.
That month, I announced and opened the blog submissions from others (hint hint).
I also shared one of our days, highlighted through pictures!
My musings on being a Social Worker for #ysocialwork.
A short discussion of some other work I’ve been involved with the Triad Family Network.
I wrote my first letter to you, the readers of this here blog, on being sick.
A few recipes we do around here and a successful kombucha brew!
Receiving the One Lovely Blog award!
And my musings on hate crimes!
Nonetheless, there are few posts to recall from May…
…when I said Hello for the first time in over a month!
…when I was up well before noon and had some energy!
…and how I started trying to get back into the swing of things, including blogging!
…reviewed the book, Prayers for the Stolen.
My first sewing project after being sick!
And, of course, announcing our second pregnancy!
