Last week, I shared my struggle with how my days are going and that I really want need a change. I need to not feel like I’m just bumbling through an entire day, while simultaneously thinking I haven’t done anything. In essence, I no longer want to feel like I’m not accomplishing any goals or even working on them and I also don’t want to ‘fly by the seat of my pants’.
All of this tends to end up with yelling, some resentful feelings and thoughts, impatience, and general distraught-ness.
Besides, I really want to get some goals accomplished this year, no matter how big or small they may seem to others. This is about me! I know I’ll be a much better mom, wife, homemaker, and person!
Here’s the plan breakdown:
– go to bed sooner, consistently
– get up earlier
– plan my days/activities
– take time for me
– have morning wellness routine – brush teeth, brush hair, get dressed, put on deodorant, put on lotion, put on clothing, oil pull, shake + vitamins
– stick to time blocks for activities (except breastfeeding)
– have quiet time every morning
– leave phone checking out of the bed
In my next post, I’ll share a bit about how I plan to gain more order in my days!
