It’s true, we love our family adventures. We can find adventure in many things, but our favorite is always the mountains!
A recent trip to visit family included some animals at a barnyard zoo, some paddle boats on a lake, and lots of fun and sunshine!
This is the first year I will throw Monkey Boy a party for his birthday. I’m so happy to do so, even while my heart still aches about my Dad. My letter to Monkey Boy for his birthday expresses my joy, awe, and wishes for his 3rd year.
Life can be lived rather simply, yet still enjoyably. We strive for this balance in all aspects. In many ways, I think life is easier this way.

This month, Monkey Boy and I spent some time with cousins for a fun-filled birthday party, which also happened to include zoo adventures!
