A quick, easy, and simple, yet healthy homemade snack the whole family can enjoy! The total time this takes is about 5-10 minutes depending on how much you do. I often do 2 batches, so it takes me some extra time, but I am feeding those of the male gender!

I know it isn’t easy trying to figure out the whole parenting gig, let alone keeping your children healthy, all the while making improvements for the whole family – from healthier foods, to less chemicals in the home, to learning about alternative remedies and treatments. It’s difficult and time consuming and can often be confusing or overwhelming.
